Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT) sequences for wheat, barley and grasses DNA markers, ordered during 2009-2014 and used during research in the Australian Cereal Rust Control Program by the University of Adelaide.

The dataset includes the following files:

Barley DArT sequences (seq_clones_barley.fasta)
Wheat DArT sequences (in the zipped archive Wheat DArT Sequences.zip, containing DART data.xlsx, seq_clones_wheat.fasta, seq_clones_wheat.txt, Triticarte-extract-Wheat-t-2010-07-26.csv and WheatDArTmapsVersion1.2.xls)
Aeg speltoides DArT sequences (DArT Sequences Group 2 Aeg speltoides polymorphisms.docx)
