Supplementary data 1-57

Composite likelihood ratio (CLR) scores (grey line) from SweepFinder2 relative to genomic coordinates (x-axis) for the top 57 candidate sweeps. Scores from the sweep and adjacent regions 250kb either side of the sweep are shown (dashed lines demarcate sweep boundaries). Genes in the combined region are represented by colored boxes, with the color intensity indicating their Z scores. For each sweep, up to 10 genes with q values less than 0.01 are named. If more than 10 genes have q < 0.01, then the 10 genes with the highest aggregate Z score across all populations are reported. The SNP marker weights used to determine the selected haplotype for each sweep are shown in the top panel, with the SNPs used for the top 30, 50, and 100 markers indicated in the key.
