The 3P Decision Matrix was developed for the 3P research study and its related projects. This was a partnership between the University of Adelaide and Foodbank South Australia and Northern Territory from 2021 to 2023. Conducted in Foodbank South Australia and Northern Territory food relief pantries, this study assessed the efficacy of the additional recommendations from the Food Security Project (1) to support food pantries with the following aim: to measure the effectiveness of product placement, promotional cues, and pricing, collectively known as 3P, on in-store purchases and store displays in two food relief pantries in metropolitan South Australia, Australia.
