Presentation given at Water Research Australia workshop, "Smart metering and Liveability" on Thursday 14th June.

The key points are:
1. Climate change will increase peak demands in the future due to increased occurrence of longer heatwaves.
2. Majority of peak demands are caused by a small proportion of households, which we know the profile of.
3. Targeted management strategies on this small proportion of households can be used to reduce peak demands.
