These Matlab m files are based on those which previously came from Lukas, Friedrich and Goljan. They are not perfect and they are not released in a turn key existence. Where I have taught my students to comment their own code extensively, sadly I have not. The focus was always on the results and using this as a tool rather than developing something for future generations. This code is clearly an insight into the mind of a 21st century PhD student; chaotic and unordered. I am not a software developer or software engineer. There are undoubtably huge innovations and better ways of doing what I have done. But it works. I am happy to release these files to assist those who wish to delve further into the results of work supported as part of my PhD thesis and associated publications. No warranty is expressed or applicable. That being said, there are nuggets of gold and I hope you find this code useful.
