Files included here are:

  • R script of analyses for paper "Oedura_3D_analysis.R", including all analyses and code for figures
  • R script to calculate Surface Area and Volume of tails from 3D meshes (.ply files) "SAV.R"
  • R script demonstrating tail straightening functions for coordinate data and meshes "Straightening tails.R"
  • R source file of tail straightening functions for coordinate data and meshes "Straightening tails source.R"
  • Zip folder of .ply files made from 3D structured light surface scanning
  • Zip folder of .txt files [Morphologika format] of landmark coordinate data collected in Stratovan Checkpoint on .ply files
  • Files for analysis with "Oedura_3D_analysis.R": "classifier specimens.csv" conttains information about every specimen; "ExternalData.csv" are caliper measurements from museum specimens; "Oedura Tail SA V.csv" Surface Area and Volume for each specimen, calculated from "SAV.R"; " classifier species.csv" species-level ecological data; "diplodactyloidea.tree" phylogenetic tree file.
