CropTiPS database information poster presented at ComBio2017 (Adelaide)

Information about CropTiPS - the Crop Transport information, Physiology and Signalling knowledgebase. CropTiPS integrates experimental transport information from published sources as well as protein metadata and is built using a MySQL relational database platform. The proteins in the database are aligned to the Ensembl identifier system and is available to users through a web search portal - https://croptips.org/. A poster describing the database content and features was presented at the ComBio2017 conference held in Adelaide.<br>
